    Punctuality is key for me and Rob was here when he said he would be and was very responsive to messages. Pre-inspection for us was important to make sure small items are addressed prior to listing our home and we had time to deal with any major issues we were not aware of.     Rob was amazing to work with. Unfortunately I had tenants that left an untrue and negative review on this site. I wanted to give an accurate review as the owner of the property. Rob did a fantastic job he was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. When he was given a poor review, treated rudely and had false claims made about his service he remained professional and kind. Unfortunately people can still be dishonest and leave poor reviews. I hope this helps balance that unfortunate review as I would use him again and highly recommend.

    I can’t say enough about Rob!! We hired him twice, once for yearly inspection and another time for listing inspection. Rob was thorough and was communicative of the minor defects that he found. He took his time did not rush through and gave the report on time. We are happy with Rob and we will definitely hire him again if there is a need.     I wanted to click ALL of the buttons. He was very flexible with scheduling as we (buyers) had some last minute problems. In addition to the work quality and value he was early and really responsive. All of the information for each aspect of the house was there. The software allowed me to generate a request list from the inspection to give to my agent on what things were important to repair, replace, or be given a variance on.
    As a first time homebuyer he included information on his report to make it easier for me to maintain the house moving forward.

    Rob was wonderful! My husband and I are first time home buyers and we reached out to request a home inspection. He was extremely thorough in the inspection and walked us through his findings at the end. We asked some general questions about some improvement ideas and he was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He got us the report the next day and the report was very detailed and included great pictures of what he found. Great experience and would highly recommend!

    Rob came out today to do a home inspection on our new construction house and I was very impressed. When we were originally looking for an inspector (we contacted a few) he was super quick to respond and well-priced. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and why he was looking for it. He was thorough in examining the house, and great at explaining the things that he found that should be fixed. The report he wrote up was easy to follow along with and very helpful. I would highly recommend him!
