    From the moment Rob returned my inquiry into his availability (which was like less than 2 minutes) I knew that I would be working with him.     Rob was great! We had a new home inspection and when approached he was the only one I talked to that offered examples of past work and he actually asked questions about the job instead of making me ask questions.
    During the inspection he was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was looking at and what he found to my wife and I so we could understand. He was very open and friendly, and didn’t try to talk down to us.
    When I got the report, it came in before the time promised. The report itself was very clear and concise. It was easy to read and very clean. Everything that we discussed during the inspection was there along with the pictures taken.
    I would highly recommend Rob and will use him in the future for any inspection needs

    I can’t say enough about Rob!! We hired him twice, once for yearly inspection and another time for listing inspection. Rob was thorough and was communicative of the minor defects that he found.     Rob came out today to do a home inspection on our new construction house and I was very impressed. When we were originally looking for an inspector (we contacted a few) he was super quick to respond and well-priced. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and why he was looking for it. He was thorough in examining the house, and great at explaining the things that he found that should be fixed. The report he wrote up was easy to follow along with and very helpful. I would highly recommend him!

    Rob was wonderful! My husband and I are first time home buyers and we reached out to request a home inspection. He was extremely thorough in the inspection and walked us through his findings at the end. We asked some general questions about some improvement ideas and he was very patient with us and answered all our questions.
